THREE-YEAR LIMITED LIGHT POLE WARRANTY
Main Street Lighting Standards, Inc. warrants its poles and bases (fiberglass and aluminum) to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of invoice when used in normal operating conditions. Remedy of any defect by either repair or replacement at the option of Main Street, shall fulfill the seller's obligation under this warranty and shall constitute the purchaser's sole remedy.
Main Street makes no other express or implied warranty of fitness or merchantability or any other express or implied warranty. This warranty does not include any obligation to reimburse the purchaser for expenses of transportation, installation, removal or other expenses which may be incurred. Also, Main Street shall not be liable for consequential, special or indirect damages resulting from breach of this warranty.
TWO-YEAR LIMITED LUMINAIRE WARRANTY
Main Street warrants its luminaires against defects in material and workmanship. Without a charge, Main Street reserves the right to repair or replace any properly installed Main Street luminaire which fails under normal operating conditions within two (2) years from the invoice date, provided it is returned to the factory, transportation prepaid, and our inspection determines it to be defective under terms of this warranty.
The warranty covers only equipment manufactured by Main Street Lighting and does not extend to transportation, installation or replacement charges; nor does it apply to any equipment of another manufacturer used in conjunction with Main Street Lighting Inc.'s equipment.

ACCELERATED WEATHER TEST SUMMARY
Accelerated xenon argon weather tests for gloss loss and paint adhesion were performed to ASTM G-26 Sherwin Williams' specifications and to J1960SAE Ashland Chemical's specifications. These tests were conducted on surfaces of fiberglass composite and aluminum. Main Street's polyurethane "Polane S" formulas outperformed four (4) other water-based urethane coatings in both primary and secondary gloss/loss categories. No appreciable variances were disclosed in the testing procedure.
PAINT FINISH WARRANTY
Main Street's Limited Warranty policy is listed below by paint color. The coating system is guaranteed against defects, deterioration, premature erosion, cracking, peeling and flaking. This system is also guaranteed not to fade or change color in excess of five (5) color difference units using ASTM2244-89 measured on exposed paint surfaces.

STRENGTH AND STRESS STANDARDS
Main Street poles are manufactured to exceed the levels of all AASHTO strength and stress standards. Surplus safety factors are utilized in all strength test computations to assure that our poles will be a safe addition to any community streetscape. Specific EPA and wind resistance data can be obtained from Main Street's factory headquarters.
